Andover Terrace is proudly owned and operated by VRS Communities Society, a non-profit organization with a 50 year reputation of providing inclusive services and housing. Our vibrant residence is located in Salmon Arm, BC, and offers 10 studios, 9 juniors, 33 one bedrooms and 12 two bedroom private-pay independent or assisted living suites. The committed staff, friendly residents and stunning lake views will make you feel instantly at home. Andover Terrace is a seniors living community that has all of the ingredients to make your retirement living easy, safe and supported.

VRS Communities Society, formerly Vancouver Resource Society, has been creating housing solutions and services for clients in British Columbia for almost 50 years. Our story is one rooted in integrity, perseverance and inspiration. Beginning our journey as a non-profit serving persons with disabilities we now proudly serve thousands of individuals throughout the province including seniors and families. At VRS we believe in building communities where everyone experiences belonging, growth and independence. A non-profit with a true business model, we answer to you not shareholders.
